1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (’Terms’) govern the purchase and use of tickets for Manchester Fetish Weekend (the ’event’), organised by MANCFW Ltd., a registered company in England and Wales with company number 15769612, (referred to as ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘organiser’ and similar terms), scheduled to take place from 18th to 20th October 2024. By purchasing a ticket, you (referred to as ‘attendee’, ‘holder’ and similar terms) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket.

 

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

2.1. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

2.2. Tickets must be purchased through the official event website (manchesterfetishweekend.com) or authorised vendors.

2.3. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods will be detailed on the official event website (manchesterfetishweekend.com).

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse ticket sales to any individual or entity at our discretion.

2.5 Attendees agree to the processing and storage of their personal data by the organiser and our authorised technology partners for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

 

3. Membership

3.1 Membership is open to individuals who are eighteen years of age or older. All members must demonstrate a genuine interest in the fetish community and adhere to the principles of respect, consent, and inclusion

3.2 Membership holders are entitled to gain entry to events within the scope of local planning regulations for the management of fetish events and clubs managed by the organiser.

3.3 Members may cease their membership at any time by emailing

3.4 We reserve the right to revoke membership from any individual at our discretion.

3.5 Memberships issued in the 2024 calendar year are valid from the date of issue and will expire on 21 October 2024, the end of the event. Memberships are null and void past the event’s end.

 

4. Ticket Transfer and Resale

4.1. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or offered for resale without our express permission.

4.2. Any ticket found to be transferred or resold without permission will be void and the holder will be denied entry.

4.3. We reserve the right to revoke any tickets made by any person we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker or tout.

 

5. Entry and Attendance

5.1. Attendees must present a valid ticket and government-issued photo identification to gain entry.

5.2. The event is strictly for adults aged eighteen and over. Proof of age will be required at entry.

5.3 The event organiser and event venues reserve the right to admission. At their reasonable discretion, they may consider health and safety, environmental, and security concerns and may, from time to time, carry out security searches. We advise attendees that no refunds will be offered to attendees who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, failing to produce valid photo identification, being (or appearing to be) under eighteen years of age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings, failing to comply with these Terms or any rules and regulations of the event or the venues.

5.4 Attendees must adhere to the dress code where specified by the organiser. Failure to apply the dress code will result in the refusal of entry and, with no exceptions, does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

5.5 Attendees acknowledge they are responsible for complying with the regulations and policies operated by venues used by the event and that attendees must read and agree to any regulations or policies before attempting entry.

 

6. Conduct and Safety

6.1. Attendees must adhere to the event's Code of Conduct, which describes the expectations of behaviour of all attendees in any space used by the event. The Code of Conduct will be posted on the official event website (manchesterfetishweekend.com) and at the event venues.

6.2. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards violent and aggressive behaviour, harassment and prejudiced behaviour. Any violations of this policy will result in immediate ejection from venues, notification of relevant authorities and revocation of all tickets under the attendee’s name.

6.3. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their personal belongings. The event organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

 

7. Photography and Recording

7.1. Professional photography and videography are prohibited unless authorised by the event organiser.

7.2 Where personal photography and videography are prohibited, attendees agree to cover all camera sensors on personal devices or switch any devices off while in these areas. Failure to comply with this mandate will result in entry being denied. The capture of any photographs or videos in prohibited areas will result in ejection from the event and revocation of all tickets under the attendee’s name. We will signpost where personal photography and videography are prohibited.

7.3. Attendees acknowledge that a photographer and/or videographer will be recording the event and hereby give consent to being included in such images and the organiser’s use of such images, without compensation (not limited to marketing, reproduction and broadcast). However, if you don’t wish to appear in the photographs or video, please let our photographers know. You will not be denied entry on this basis.

 

8. Event Changes and Cancellation

8.1. We reserve the right to change the event schedule, lineup, and venues.

8.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the event organiser will only refund the face value of the ticket. It is the attendee’s responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled dates, times and venues.

8.3 We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen personal circumstances, including, but not limited to, transport difficulties or an inability to travel.

 

9. Liability

9.1. The event organiser is not liable for any personal injury, illness, or property damage resulting from attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.2. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to risks of personal injury or illness.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any such amendments will be posted on the official event website (manchesterfetishweekend.com) and will be effective immediately.
